All products sold on Bheemayu (Tejas – The Premium Chyawanprash) are Ayurvedic food and consumable items.

We follow a strict No Refund Policy.

Once an order is placed and successfully delivered, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Opened or used products

• Taste, smell, texture, or effectiveness-related concerns

• Incorrect address provided by the customer

• Courier delays or delivery issues beyond our control

In case the product is received in a damaged or leaked condition, the customer must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video and photos.
After verification, the company may offer a replacement at its sole discretion.
No monetary refund will be provided in any case.
